The second day of new year, all the married woman will go back to their hometown and have a reunion with their family yearly.

The break of our new year is until lunar 15th; we will celebrate the Lantern Festival on that day.

Cylinder Cast out in die mold

The part named cylinder, a component of two cycle engine in mowing machine.

Have you took notice of the undercut inside of exhaust pipe? It is the most difficult area for parts releasing from the die mold. We design it with inserts during the course of die casting. The insert will be a major component during the process of die casting. You may know that the undercuts are not allowed of die casting structure. However, based on our expert in engineering field, we overcame the undercut issue.

We have built many molds for cylinder in engine of mowing machine; the blades shape area is also one of the high technical in die mold field. Make it possible with high tooling life proportion the part's cost a lot.

It was chill last Thursday.

Our customer in Indonesia visited us last week. Three major reasons for them to take account of procuring die casting molds in Taiwan; Quality, Cost and Delivery. We are proud of being their supplier for years. They like our aluminum molds, for its long tooling life, and precise dimensions.

11月18日に日本筑波ダイカスト工業株式会社の橋本さんと増渕さんが弊社に訪問しにいらっしゃいました。増渕さんは若くて面白い人です。彼は自分の性格が子供っぽいとおっしゃいます。なぜなら車に乗ってすぐ寝ぬ、
長距離の運転でトイレへ行きたい我慢できないです。ははは、増渕さんは本当に面白い人でしょうね。

午前、弊社の工場内を見学し、橋本さんは現場のプロ技術者で目で見て弊社はどんなレベルがあるかすぐ分かります。
日本では景気が良くないため、海外へ安い金型値段といい品質ある金型工場を探したいという目的で弊社に訪問しました。
弊社は元気がある会社で客様に言われました。午後、客様を連れて桃園平鎮市にある熱処理の日系工場へ行って来ました。
日本人の顧問と日本人の社長がいるので、日本人同士だから通訳しなくてもよいです。

　熱処理工場への見学が終わってから台北101へ行って展望台に登りました。お客様の蔭で２回目101展望台に登りました。
今回、残念ながら天気が悪くて霧が周りに漂って外の景色は見えなかったです。
夕食はディンタイフォン（鼎泰豐）へ小籠包を食べに行きました。
有意義な一日を過ごせるようになりました。
増渕さんはまた台北に来たいとおっしゃいました。

Parts of Heat Sink on both side are made of aluminum die casting; the secondary operation is plated with several layer to make it in a ggod shine. Aluminum part is the material in place to be one of components for LED street light, for its good relief from heat.

We design the die mold to make it in a good tooling life, and to allow it in die casting succfully.

Eid holiday

My Pakistani customer told me about their Eid holiday as following information.

First there is a month in our Islamic calendar with the name RAMAZAN. In which we fast from sun rise till sun set. We don’t eat or drink between this time. This routine we follow for the whole month. After this holy month is over then there is a day of celebration which is called EID. On this day we go to our mosque ( a place where Muslims go to pray like Christians go to a church and Buddhist go to a temple) to pray a special prayer. After that we come home and have some sweet dish in the breakfast and then we go to our friends and relatives homes with presents and wish them this day. The celebration goes on for three consecutive days.

In short it’s our Christmas. Hehehehe and we celebrate this EID day 02 times in a calendar year.

As for your question is concerned we have twelve months in Islamic calendar year but there are two holy months in which we celebrate EID and these are on 1st Shawal and 10th Zil Haj. Shawal and Zil Haj are Islamic month names. The English dates vary and we cannot calculate them. Shawal is the 10th month and Zil Haj is the 12th month in Islamic calendar. The Eid which we celebrate after fasting for approx 30 days is called Eid-ul-Fitar or nick named Small Eid and Eid which we celebrate in Zil Haj is called as Eid-ul-Azha or Big Eid. On this day we sacrifice a goat or a cow or a camel whichever one can afford.

Customer Visiting

Mike is one of our interesting customers. His is young but his hair is gray. That is one of his features. He always looked energetic and weared a visible smile on his face. He came to visit us once or twice a year. We were hardly to treat him to lunch or dinner because of his tight itinerary. We are now talk over one project; it seems to be working.

The Wilds in Secret

The desolate wild lies to the right hand side of our company; it is owned by several amateur farmer. Farmers grow vegetables, flowers and orchards in the wild. It is connected by a footpath and not many people find it, I am the lucky one to see its beauty, plain and natural. In most of the summer day, I go there for a short period of serenity at my lunch break.

An artificial pond planted with various strains of lotus stands by the entrance to the wild; it is so beautiful to see the swing of the rose pink color in the air. On the opposite side of pond, a large farmland of multiful vegetables and orchards is planted, such as cabbage, loofah, water spinach, banana, mulberry and so on.

In the farther side of the farmland, a plain and small house lived one of the farmers. A set of wooden sofa is In front of the house, the farmers will stay with me for a chat. They also bring up several cats, white and black or white and brown, the cats like to lean on our feet to show their interesting.
